David Flanagan @rawkode.dev · 30/05/2026Disagree. It’s not governance, it’s misaligned incentives. Orgs literally had lead boards and encouraged tokenmaxxing, contributors gave them what they asked for; incentives weren’t in place to deliver value. 020
