Regarding Nirav’s post on twitter about his politics - if he truly cares about those beliefs, I think it would be in his, and the company’s best interest to support people that fit the intersection of the set of his beliefs, rather than the union. 👍

I think the replies under the post, besides the "apolitical" crowd (which is problematic but I'm glossing over for the sake of the point), really demonstrate why the intersection of the set is necessary
