please do not have redundant hostnames for the same PDS instance, it causes confusion and wasted work. pds.tophhie.cloud is the actual PDS hostname, and is not blocked at the bsky relay tophhie.social is an alias and was causing redundant processing, which is why it is blocked (as a PDS)
