welp. i guess i'm back here. maybe. tangled.sh has gotten me somewhat interested in the atproto ecosystem. after looking into how it all glues together and doing some selfhosting, i think i have a way to engage with this place that i'm somewhat okay with. dunno how active i'll be. prob not very

i still think bsky's moderation is absolute dogwater, and they cannot be trusted to moderate their PDS, nor their appview (no, labeling services alone are not an adequate moderation mechanism). but, i can exist here without relying on their PDS. for the appview... hopefully a replacement appears?
