Once again... the pattern is clear. Every time Ukraine starts to have an advantage, Russia calls for a cease fire. Ukraine, desperate to save its own people and maintain support from other democracies, agrees to it. Ukraine loses it's advantage, the Second Holodomor continues.

Ukraine is ready to support such a format and is open to holding a meeting in the UAE or another country proposed by the American side.
