I’m caught up on Lower Decks and catching up on Prodigy, and it feels so good to have new Star Trek stories that are rooted in its legacy while pushing it forward. The use of Janeway in Prodigy is a perfect example of this. It’s so good to have her back. But the show isn’t her story.
