Made a simple salsa with things from my garden 🍅 🫑 🧅
Two small onions, a bunch of cherry tomatoes (cause that’s what I have), 2 shishito peppers and 1 jalapeño.
Added some lime, salt, garlic powder and sugar in as well. Wish I had some cilantro but none grew this year. Still plenty tasty 🙂
