This is the central tenent of the type of hypnosis and mind play that I teach. It's the idea that hypnosis isn't just this one, specific thing that you can do to someone. It's a tool that you can use to achieve results that you want to see - results limited only by your imagination.

"I'm going to hypnotize you" - yeah, sure, there's fun to be had there. But you box yourself into a corner when you think of hypnosis as one specific thing that you do to someone when it isn't. It's one tool amongst many. Mentalism, psychology, sociology, conditioning and reinforcement techniques.
