Safeguard three, your final line in the stand, is literally just your own concept of self worth. Loving yourself enough to recognize your own patterns. Knowing enough about yourself and caring enough about yourself to put time and effort into recognizing if something is off or different about you.

And if you do notice that something is different about yourself, you have the opportunity to examine your life and figure out where the changes are coming from, figure out if you've been manipulated and changed against your will. I'm not saying it'll be easy - but none of these layers are easy.

The more layers of defense you have, the better. And these ones are all just conceptual, mechanical, standard practice, due diligence type layers. I'll cover actual hypnotic layers later, but you need to, need to, NEED TO start with these three. It's so, so important for hypnosis safety.
