Your heads-up-display screams at you. Seal breach. Her fingers dig into the space between your helmet and your armor. They tangle in your hair. [God, why are you crying?] Pressure at the back of your skull, hair tangles against plating, and she pulls hard. Your helmet pops off with a loud hiss.

You're still struggling. But she's strong, and you're damaged. You're just barely managing to keep her hand off the knife in your neck, and the other is planted on the floor to keep you from losing your balance entirely. Your programming tells you that here, whoever winds up on her back is dead.

The hand that had removed your helmet finds your hair again. [Thank god.] The fingers knot in your hair and pull. It should hurt. [You miss how it hurt.] Instead you're just tilted, forced to look up at the woman assaulting you, trying to kill you. [It's like looking at the face of God herself]
