A part of You felt for the poor girl. You're an avid reader, so you studied the entire book and all the notes, figured out exactly what happened to her, how. The poor thing just kept having her consciousness killed and replaced by new psyches. A living hell she wasn't even aware of half the time.

The Kassandra that had been delivered to You was basically just a corpse that was filled with a psyche based on the memories and lived experience of the psyche that had originally been born into it. A copy of a dead girl who thought she was still the original. God. It was better than sex.
