Communication is key because both sides of the d/s dynamic are human beings, even if the context would suggest otherwise. I'm a dog, not a person, sure. But I still tell Master what my boundaries are. I still tell Her when I need to pretend to be people again or when something is too much.

And remember to take care of your dommes!!!!!! So much talk about sub drop which yes is very important to keep in mind, but oftentimes being able to obliterate a sub's ego with a word can and will impact the domme's psyche!!! Aftercare for domme drop is so so so important, do not skip it!!!

Communicate, trust, love and care! That's what it takes! It's hard, hard work, and it never really ends. And you WILL fuck up royally along the way. But if you communicate and share your hearts with eachother, you can get to some beautiful dark places together safely again and again.
