Ethel🏳️⚧️ @etheldeers.garden · 17/07/2025~1 year after starting, which is the generally medically accepted timeframe. Some say wait until Tanner stage 3-4 I think. I did it ASAP for emotional relief amongst some other things, and I don't regret it. 020
