Ouaquaga on Chenango @jnxouaquaga.bsky.social · 04/09/2026She got that name as a pullet, mostly grey but with a few red feathers- she 'had red on her', Shaun of the Dead reference Thanks, she was 7 yrs old, but hadn't showed any deterioration and was still laying. Good long life, but still sucks. 140
Evan @mxevan.bsky.social · 04/09/2026I might still have a Shaun of the Dead movie poster a friend managed to peel off a theatre wall for me tucked away somewhere, and that's a truly great name reference. 120
Ouaquaga on Chenango @jnxouaquaga.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Oh that's cool! Spouse and I were big into it when we got together. Less so now that apparently most of them are transphobes, but it just seemed natural to call her Shaun. Great hen. All attitude, cuddly, bossy. Fuck. 040
