This happened to me recently. We need scholarly norms around workshops reinforcing that we share drafts to solicit human feedback; we’re not giving our colleagues permission to upload our drafts to AI systems.

If a peer reviewer wants a little help & feeds your unpublished submission into an AI system, they've just shared your proprietary work & broken confidentiality. A nightmare to think about
