Love national parks? I'm lucky enough to live in one of the best parks in the world, and on Saturday we held a demonstration to protest the mass & indiscriminate firing of our friends and coworkers. #nationalparks #rangers #publicland #Yosemite #Firefall #fedworkers #massfiring #NPS #ProtectourParks

A colorful sign is held up that reads "We said Firefall, Not Fire them All"

A sign is held up that reads "Staff Cuts = Chaos" with a picture of a trash can on fire

A person holds a sign that says "Immigrants didn't take our jobs, but Trump did"

Our ask? Speak up for public lands! America's parks run on rangers, and by firing them, we're endangering our lands. The NPS is under fire – a rhetorical fire which, left unmanaged, could burn down American’s best idea.

Picture of Yosemite Valley during a wildfire - the air is hazy with smoke.

The beauty of Yosemite should never be spoiled by drill baby drill - it would be a crime against humanity.
