At #ConservativeConference2025, children’s voices were at the heart of the conversation. At our #VoicesForChange event, Phoebe and Helen shared what they and their peers need most from government - sparking powerful discussion on the future we must build together.

Two young women, Phoebe and Helen, sit at a panel table in front of a media backdrop featuring logos of children's charities including NSPCC, Barnardo’s, The Children’s Society, Action for Children, and the National Children’s Bureau. Phoebe wears a light purple shirt and Helen wears a colorful floral top. Both have lanyards and name cards in front of them, with microphones and glasses of water on the table.

A wide shot of a conference room filled with seated attendees facing a panel discussion. At the front, a group of speakers—including Phoebe and Helen—sit at a long table, with a backdrop of charity logos behind them. A presentation screen to the left displays the name "Councillor Catherine Faulks, Lead Member for Family and Children’s Services, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea." The atmosphere is formal and attentive.

A close-up panel discussion featuring Lynn Perry MBE, Phoebe, and Helen seated at a green Barnardo’s-branded table. Lynn Perry is speaking while Phoebe and Helen listen attentively. Behind them is a large QR code on a screen and a Barnardo’s banner with the slogan “Changing childhoods. Changing lives.” A smiling child is partially visible on the banner.
