Aaron Sylvan @aaronsylvan.com · 26/09/2026The ones I've gotten to work are larger-scale processes organized into much smaller "chunks". Every step ends in a testable "deliverable" interim artifact. And the agent never grades its own homework. More relay race than marathon. 020
