First, CRA wanted me to ‘voluntarily’ pay taxes in instalments ahead of tax headline. I did, completing in 2025 ahead of April 2026 deadline, & in excess of final tax amount. Now file complete, expecting a refund, CRA fines me because one of the instalments they claimed was ‘late’. WTF-AI. #cdnpoli
