What is acceptable to ask mutual aid for? What is an excess? Is wanting more wiggle room with groceries an excess? Is needing a new computer because my current one is slowly breaking an excess? Paying my bills I owe my aunt for living here? I wish there was a book for social contracts and necessity

Anything imho. I ask for help with rent and gas because those are necessary for my life. So what you deem necessary is a good place to start. Keeping a roof over your head and being able to eat are usually the main ones. Help with bills as well
