I AM GETTING A LOT of software developers asking about how they can make the most out of going to their very first conference. I don't even mean just juniors either. It's across the board. Many are coming to CYC for their very first conference ever. What advice DO YOU have for them?

Ask where they are going after (lunch/talk/conference/etc). You discover a lot of cool things you can't find on the conference schedule.
