Charlotte Walker @charlrwalker.bsky.social · 25/11/2024Not really… I was discharged from care coordination a couple of years ago by mutual agreement on the understanding that “you know where we are if you want to refer yourself back.” In my last two relapses it proved incredibly difficult to get back under the CMHT however 130
