I stand corrected!! You are completely correct about voting trends. I am frankly STUNNED by the data! Christ! I am referring to the 60 + years of voting trends! As for the Civil Rights passage what I meant was we can't know what % of ppl voted for it in the public b/c it was a congressional vote.
