I took 3 weeks off, no running or biking, and largely I've been sleeping and eating lots of protein and (bottles!) of olive oil. I took my first run today. Did my body forget how to move? Absolutely not! Feeling grateful tonight for strength.
In the photo, I'm shouting "I'm Rick James, bitch!" 😅
