Day 365+140 - Broken cloud, breeze, mild, damp.
Hottest #run of the year so far with gels and water belt. Made a conscious effort ease up and manage HR so a slow last few miles. Swarming with flies. Inhaled one and can still feel it at the back of my throat 🤮
