Merrick Garland was denied a SCOTUS seat &made up for it by disgracing himself and the Justice Department. Make no mistake, our DOJ under Biden failed hugely by not moving quicker with JAN6 charges against Trump. Our nation’s history would have been vastly different with Trump in jail!

1. Garland had to sue for testimony of 14 critical witnesses w/o which there'd be no case. The court took a year to rule 2. Garland began investigating Trump when he got to DOJ. He did not wait 2 years 3. Twitter delayed the probe 4 months 4. The J6 cmte delayed it by another 2 months 5. SCOTUS
