I think the end state of higher education is going to be locking young adults in cubicles to write essays on philosophy all day à la the Chinese imperial examination system
@deonandan.bsky.socialA significant chunk of the essays turned in by my last couple of undergrad classes stank of AI. So I'm also leaning away from papers more toward testing. It sucks. Everything sucks.
