I am not a person who enjoys long floats. I am also a crap test-knitter. I am about to bail on this test knit. This is my 7th attempt and 3rd yarn choice. I'm a very good stranded knitter, but these fecking 9, 11, and 12 stitch floats can feck right off. #knitsky #WIPWednesday #showmeyourknits

My own hand holding an abomination of knitted floats in beautiful alpaca yarn, in a hand dyed blue color and charcoal gray.

I used to really hate those long floats until I tried ladderback jacquard. Gamechanger. Not saying that learning it will make you love the piece or want to continue test knitting, but it might be worth a try.

I've tried it, and my dyslexic chaos brain just cannot. I find it very confusing.
