Imma just... drop this and run because I still suck at drawing smut 😅🔞 This is five months after the fifth moon incident when these two are reunited and fully go all out... as in admit they're in love. They've had a couple of casual encounters in the past 👀

Inside Leila's van, Vash is reminiscing while the two are conjoined in the lotus position; "I've been wanting you for so long... You've saved me so many times... I don't deserve you, not after almost killing you twice. Yet, you insist on still* helping me. Staying by my side despite it all." There are also lewd sound effects surrounding the pair.

Same as the previous picture, but without the text of Vash reminiscing. Only the lewd sound effects.

Same as the previous two images, but no text or sound effects. Just the drawing of Vash and Leila having sex in the lotus position. They're inside Leila's van, in the back part, where her clinic/sleeping space could be found.

Leila was doing free clinic rounds and found Vash in one of the small villages she was serving. After a long scolding, alongside coming to terms with their past, the pair admitted their feelings for one another and... the rest is history. Don't worry, this all happened during clinic after-hours.
