All the current deskilling of a just barely diversified programmer population, on the heels of nascent tech worker organizing, it’s just the 1950s redux. 2/3 180
Theodore Kim @theodore-kim.bsky.social · 14/09/2026Seeing some minoritized students running towards AI thinking that if they show enough technical acumen they will win them in-group acceptance is very demoralizing. Other students (both minority and not) can smell that something is off and aren’t buying it. I’ll be focusing my energies on them. 3/3 0132
