This teal sparkle doesn't photograph well at all, but I tried mixing black eyeliner on the water line with it underneath, and I can't tell if it worked or not. I like the black waterline making me look a bit feline, but I like the blue drawing attention to my eye color.

A stormy blue eye. Black mascara on naturally thick and long eyelashes almost makes it seem like there might be more eye makeup on top, but there isn't. On the bottom water line is black, then below the lashes is a half line of diamond teal sparkle, a thick but soft eyeliner pencil, from the pupil to the outer edge. All the blue makes it seem like there must be blue on the rest of the area around the eye, but it's a trick. Mint's eyebrows look bad at this angle but normal in other photos. They have translucent mascara on them so they look organized and darker, but the lighting here makes them look half blonde.
