I tried to focus on making one-on-one plans with the family members I wanted to maintain relationships. See them outside the home. Be intentional about keeping in touch and spending quality time separate from the rest of the dynamic. That worked well fkr me. 010

She rather hurt me than to love me. So I had to go no contact. I don't really have any contact with other family members bc of her lies. I do with my younger brother.. 010
