Thank you for taking about paratransit! I don’t know anyone who can use it reliably. Everyone has nightmare stories and yeah lots of us can’t even get approved. Another issue is para transit won’t mask. Heck, lack of safe air is a barrier for disabled people on ALL mass transit options.
