Even viewing Trump as a typical corporate plutocrat doesn't explain this - what CEO cuts the department that makes the money? This seems to be a reactionary appeal to his base, but even they want the rich to pay taxes don't they? Outside viewing him as a Russian sleeper agent, makes no sense.

My advice, though possibly illegal, is for all good Americans to skip paying taxes this year. The problem with that is all the government services that are paid for by our tax dollars.
