Donald Trump is openly corrupting the independence of the DOJ by firing career prosecutors who happened to work investigating his alleged criminality. This is another step towards authoritarianism. apple.news/A9mlmaeVLSTy...

That is what the people who voted for him wanted. He said he would seek retribution and free all the J6 criminals. Sideshow Don is doing what he promised. It's a game for the uneducated who are MAGA. They'll find some way to divert their bad decisions.

@barbrastreisand.bsky.social Trump is openly removing corrupt officials who wasted taxpayer money on witch hunts. The DOJ should not be party oriented and should apply the law equally. They will do so in the future. Why haven’t you paid back your $200k PPP loan???

I think the majority of us affected feel like this is a cruel test run. Indeed cruel is the best term available to me. I worked for many years as a family therapist. Now I am a poor, intelligent, giving, caring, somewhat useless human being.

What is alarming about about today's letter about Trump's freezing funds is that this is the beginning. Myself and others have no family or place to reside. Most of his supporters are financially lacking. They will feel the pain soon. I fear for all of us. I knew this would happen and much more.

Everyone in my senior housing received a 2 page letter today. The letter explained Trump's freezing on government loans and housing, and other priorities for many of us. The letter explained the courts have taken the freeze off until a hearing on February 3rd. This is the tip of the iceberg.

He is hell bent to punish thoseat oppose him. He stated a week or so ago that he is at war with Americans that have not agreed with him, prosecutors, anybody that has tried to thwart his activities.

With Donald acting this arrogant, he must think he knows something the rest of us do not know, maybe agendas and donors we would never guess, maybe Senators more cowed than we realize.

On Monday, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced during a visit to El Salvador that Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele has offered to incarcerate criminals deported from the U.S. in the Central American country's CECOT mega-prison.

With all due respect @barbarsstriesand.bsky.social, this not “a step toward authoritarianism,” it an act of fascism. All voices need to be bluntly, brutally accurate. If media or magats challenge us, so what? They’re engaged, and we’re seen as fighting fascism (win). 🫡✨🦅
