I got an email from Amtrak 30 minutes ago telling me my train is delayed indefinitely. When I tried to switch to an earlier regional train with seats available, it said I couldn’t make the change at that time. But wouldn’t you know it I could book the Acela for $200 more. Thanks a lot, @amtrak.com.
