That is why I hate all those YouTube health videos that constantly repeat, "nobody will tell you this" or "your doctor won't tell you..." You know why they won't tell you? Because it's BS. The experts all are wrong but "Dave from Kansas" has all the facts. He is the only one who figured it out.
