No surprise to me. It’s a revolving door between the oil gas chemical industry and the EPA. It’s there to make people feel perhaps minimally protected. You need to sue them to actually enforce the law sometimes

The USEPA under Mr. Lee Zeldin is dismantling health risk protections against chronic disease. It creates a breach of protections that financiers of the admin. pet projects can exploit for profits for a select few. This power to profit occurs up front, whereas human cancers occur years later.
