I have a strange sort of...inverted collar? thing?...that I got via Amazon that catches most of the tiny hairs, and we picked up one of the duster-like brushes they use at salons. And Swiffer cloths/wipes pick up a lot of it from the scalp.
(As you might guess, I hate the feeling of loose hair too)
