In the 80s/90s, my mother & a colleague/family friend often got together for dinner, where we'd all listen to music & they'd drink champagne (well, bubbly, but the point stands). They particularly loved the first Trio (Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt) album.
