I think there are two possibilities:
1. Your dasher is kinda dumb and is just waiting around.
2. The restaurant workers are having the WORST and BUSIEST shift of their lives. (I’m a manager at a restaurant, and there are times when orders are 30 min or an hour late purely because of how busy it is)
