So today I gave a workshop for my fellow faculty.
8 signed up.
2 replied to my morning reminder with "sorry, can't make it"
3 more didn't show up at all.
I ran a workshop with 3 people. (And all three were great, and enjoyed it!)
We do the same things we complain about our students doing.
