Arcade FACT
In America the game was called Lee Trevino's Fighting Golf as Lee was best friends with John SNK, owner of SNK Corp. Unfortunately they fell out after Lee's insistence that he should be the lead character in Fatal Fury was rejected, hence why he's not in the Arcade Archives release🤔
@ohfivepro.bsky.socialThis week's Arcade Archives release is SNK's 1988 golf game 'Fighting Golf'
afaik there is only golf & the fighting is relegated to you fighting for the best score, rather than killing your rivals with a golf club, which would have done a lot to increase my interest levels⛳
tldr, Neo Turf Masters
