They'd be forced to rely on OPEC, OPEC+, or Canada...all countries that Trump has pissed off. The only OPEC+ member not pissed at Trump is Russia, and they're geopolitical poison. He has no good options if reserves run out, and his ability to invade us in Canada is more questionable by the day.
