Usopp is telling Chopper a story in order to scare him before bedtime; terrified at the thought of a sea king gobbling him up, Chopper starts crying. Law, who is visibly pregnant, rummages through the fridge which he gets special privilege to since it’s normal locked.

Usopp: — and then all the sleeping islanders were gobbled up by the vicious SEA KING! (heh heh)

Chopper: AH! No, shut up, that’s too scary! How am I supposed to sleep?!

Chopper’s scared crying stimulates pregnant Law’s milk production, showing the progression of wet stains forming through his shirt. He is, understandably, flabbergasted by this development and drops his drink.
