This is very bad. Trump just put through Bill HR1526. CALL YOUR SENATORS! This Bill pulls the Capacity of our APolitical Circuit Judges to intervene in any way. Their powers stripped. They have been the only Guardrails keeping The Constitution alive. If it goes thru we are fully fascist. ACLU

We are at a point where our democratic representatives can sit around arguing about what stage of fascism we are at...as the republicans heap on more and more fascism.

I don't see that this is a recent event in the news. I think this was talked about in April to block judges from making decisions that effected other states.
