I've seen a lot of oc incarnations of the Doctor and Master, but I don't know that I've ever seen any of the Rani. This incarnation of the Rani is, like all her iterations, driven by scientific curiosity and disdains ethics and morals as the limitations of lesser intellects.

She is also highly introverted and loathes interacting with others, except in a laboratory setting. She is severe and clinical in everything she does - the only time she softens slightly is in her interactions with her favored experiment, Subject ANG-7, her carnivorous jackalope monstrosity.

It serves as her guard dog and occasional lab assistant, and is the only creature she has ever felt real affection for. To harm it is an instant death warrant, and the death will not be quick.
