I have discussions about AI here frequently, with people on both sides. I’ve had great conversations, and some frustrating ones.
I block easily, and move on. I’m not owed an audience, and people can have a different opinion even if I think it’s misguided.
@jamesrball.comGonna briefly do an AI take: it used to be possible to have interesting discussions about AI here, and it's got progressively less so. You can't just think AI is bad, or overhyped, you've also got to subscribe to a very particular worst-case scenario about *how* it's bad and how bad it is.
