Oxford City Council says that there is "ongoing work to restore the CCTV system". They have paid for the hunks of camera metal adorning our streets, so switching them on seems a small further step. Then get someone to look at the screens occasionally.

We need the police and city council to come together for proper action on safe cycle storage provision, CCTV coverage, and to ensure crimes are followed up and solved more consistently.
