i cant help being antisocial at a con, i try by going but then i just spend the next possible 72 hours wandering and being alone at a con.. good environment and all but yeah years at it and still cant kill the anxiety

I more so just get weird thoughts of the con going poorly and then most con experiences end up just fine anyway sometimes it results in weird dreams about the con not going well in my sleep but oh well
